Tournaments

The N.S and N.B. Provincial Selects teams will participate in either the King of the Rings tournament in Toronto (AA Division), August 12 - 14 or the Jr. Warriors Showcase in Haverhill, MA, August 26 - 28.

Our Atlantic Selects male teams will compete in the King of the Rings tournament (AAA division) or the Kings AAA Shootout tournament in Foxboro, MA while our Female Atlantic Selects teams will compete in the Queen of the Rings tournament in Toronto August 12 - 14.

Final tournament selection will be made after consulting the individual teams to determine best fit.

The tournaments have been selected for their high level of competition which creates a recognizable standard against which we can measure ourselves as well as the timing as the AHG encourages high performance players to take some time off from hockey during the summer while using the mid August to September time period to prepare for the upcoming hockey season.

Congratulations to the New Brunswick Selects and the Nova Scotia Selects Novice Minor Teams for respectively capturing the Gold and Silver Medals at the Canlan King of the Rings Tournament in Toronto, ON on the weekend of August 13 - 15, 2010.
