Schedule

The Atlantic Elite Hockey Program consists of 12 hours of practice time and a minimum of 16 games which begins at the end of minor hockey season in April and end in May.

Practices

The Elite Hockey Program will feature a minimum of 12 hours of practice time. The objective of the on-ice training will be to develop team systems. The practices will also feature specialized training for the forwards, defencemen and goaltenders. The scheduling of 2 practices in one day is geared towards reducing the cost in travel and accommodations.

NOTE:  Teams will have the option of securing additional practice time.

Atlantic Tournaments

Teams will participate in four tournaments which will be scheduled in Atlantic Canada and the province of Québec.  Tournaments will take place in Moncton, N.B., Summerside, PEI, Halifax and Antigonish, N.S.  Teams will also have the opportunity to travel to a high level tournament in Québec city or Montréal to compete against the top teams from the provinces of Québec and Ontario as well as the US.
