New Brunswick Developmental League

The basic objective of the developmental league is to provide the opportunity for players participating at the recreational level, male and female, to improve their hockey skills in a fun and positive environment.

Our objective will be accomplished by bringing together a group of committed players under the direction of two qualified coaches. Our coaches will be provided support and resources from the Atlantic Hockey Group, a leading force in the development of young hockey players. As well our 2012 Developmental League will feature a coaching mentorship program with an advanced level coach assigned to each of our divisions. Mentor coaches will be responsible for assuring that our players receive quality on-ice practice sessions as well as proper bench management during the games.

The program has been designed to find the proper balance of on-ice training as well as competitive games. The ultimate goal is for our players to have fun while learning more about this great game.
