Director

Charlie BourgeoisCharlie Bourgeois
A native of Moncton, N.B., Charlie Bourgeois brings over 12 years of professional hockey experience to the Atlantic Hockey Group.  He began his pro-career with the Calgary Flames of the NHL.  In his seven year NHL career, he also played for the St. Louis Blues.

The following season, he began his pro-career with the Calgary Flames of the NHL. In his seven-year NHL career, he also played for the St. Louis Blues. His coaching career began in Europe, followed by a two-year stint in the AHL with the Winnipeg Jets' top farm team.  As head coach of the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus, Charlie captured the 2005 Atlantic University Championship.

Len DoucetLen Doucet, B.P.E., M.P.E.

Len Doucet brings over 26 years of coaching experience to the Atlantic Hockey Group.

From 1986-92, Len was the head coach for the Blue Eagles when he guided them to 2 Atlantic Conference Championships as well as a Canadian Championship.  He was 1989 CIAU Coach of the Year.

Instructor's Team

We are extremely proud of our team of instructors. They are very experienced, coming from the coaching ranks of university, junior, high school and minor hockey teams, as well as of ex-professionals and university players. They have been selected on the basis of their hockey qualifications and of their ability to communicate with and instruct young hockey players of all ages and levels of ability. They are committed to giving your child a superb course of training.

Louis GuayLouis Guay

Louis is entering his 14th season as the goaltending coach with the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus program.  Louis is also head of the goaltending program at the prestigious Notre Dame school in Saskatchewan.

The Instructors

Goaltending instructors are well-qualified and experienced in helping young players maximize their full potential by putting together effective drills, powerful demonstrations and by offering practical advice.  Our instructors are sensitive to individual styles and focused on the goalies strengths. 

Shooters - Shooters alter their shots to the skill level of the goaltender.
