This 4 week program will feature 3 hours of on-ice & off-ice training each week. Sessions will take place during weekday mornings.

On-Ice Training – Total of 12 hours
All sessions will be led by Jon Sim along with a highly experienced team of instructors. The program is designed to improve individual skills and to prepare the student for the upcoming hockey season. A mixture of battling, conditioning, puck-handling, as well as small area games will be the focus of the on-ice curriculum.
Off-Ice Training – Total 12 hours
All sessions will be led by Jon Sim and highly qualified trainers. They have developed a program that will touch on components such as shooting techniques, slide boards stride sessions, stickhandling drills, off-ice conditioning as well as yoga sessions.
