Nova Scotia Prospect Series II REGISTRATION

Team Selection

Players competing at the recreational as well as competitive A and B levels will be eligible to participate in our 2017 Prospect Series. Note: Female recreational players will have the option of playing one birth year below (example: first year Atom aged player would have the option of playing at the Novice level).

The teams will be selected by a combination of invitations from our coaching staff as well as independently registered players. As players will be accepted on a first come first served basis, the Atlantic Hockey Group strongly recommends that you forward your application form as soon as possible. The rosters will comprise of 2 goaltenders, 6 defencemen and 9 forwards

Registration Fee:$672.75

Method of Payment

Upon confirmation of joining our team, a full information package, including a registration form, will be sent out to you from the Atlantic Hockey Group office. Parents will have the following payment options:
1) Cheques: a deposit of $200 plus a second cheque post dated for March 1st for the balance.
2) Mastercard, VISA, or American Express.
3) Register Online

The Atlantic Hockey Group is covered by a comprehensive participant insurance package.

Cancellations and Refunds

Fees are based on a limited team roster.  Consequently, as in all minor hockey associations,  it is not possible to offer an open refund policy.

Registration Insurance

Understanding that injuries will occur the AHG is providing our members with the opportunity to
purchase insurance which will refund registration fee on a pro-rated basis due to injury (this is NOT a cancellation insurance). 

NOTE: This is NOT player insurance as all of our players are covered while participating in our program.

The 2017 NS Prospect Series will feature regional teams based out of the following minor hockey associations:

  3. Halifax
  4. Sackville
  5. Bedford
  6. TASA / Chebucto
  7. Eastern Shore / East Hants
  8. Acadia
  9. Liverpool
  10. New Glasgow
  11. Colchester
  12. Cape Breton
  13. Port Hawkesbury

Players not registered in any of the above minor hockey associations will have the opportunity to participate in our program through our team selection process which includes independent registrations. Divisions for our 2017 program will include Novice (born in 09-08), Atom (07-06), Peewee (05-04) and Bantam (03-02).
