About the Program
Want to take your game to the next level with a custom training program designed for you? As young athletes, it is important to learn how to properly train and move at an earlier age. Our Charlie Bourgeois High Performance Director of Training, Sheldon Drover is highly accomplished and has worked with individuals to take them to the next step in their journey.
About the Training Sheldon will build you a custom training program that will bring your fitness to the next level. With your custom training program he will be able to tailor your training around every aspect of your life such as; goals (performance, aesthetic, longevity, muscle mass, weight loss, toning etc.), time commitment in the gym, occupation. The list goes on and on. It is Sheldon's goal to ensure as a client you get all the results you are looking for.
What we need from you Depending on the type of training program Sheldon will ask for you: - to record your weight used in certain exercise, and time of completion in certain events / workouts.- Be honest with your progress- Be willing to learn and challenge yourself
What's included in the bundle?
- Initial assessment and evaluation. - Bi-weekly check-ins either in person, facetime, calls, or emails. - Program designed to player's goals. - Unlimited support and questions through text. - Adjustments to program based on new goals/lifestyle changes.
