About the Program


The Hockey Dryland Training program is a small group training designed to upgrade your athletic potential through games, compound lifts, mobility work and most importantly a whole lot of fun. We want to promote a positive experience to our athletes and integrate games such as spike ball, 3v3 games, and keep away. Our small groups will feature a 1 coach to 8 athlete ratio. This program will be for both male and female athletes.

This program will be for U9, U11, U13, and U15. The sessions will take place 3 times a week for the U13 and U15 and twice a week for the U9 and U11.

2022 Program Details


- Sessions will take place at our training centre as well as pad A at the Moncton Superior Propane Centre providing our athletes with 20,000 square feet of dedicated off-ice training space. - The U13 and U15 program will feature 24 hours of training. The U9 and U11 program will comprise of 16 hours of training. - Sessions will be 60 minutes long. All groups will have an athlete to coach ratio of 8:1.

As an ex-athlete I know what its like to try and get to the next level. My goal is to help you improve your strength, mobility, and explosiveness to gain the extra edge over your opponents for next season. Jean-Michel is a former QMJHL and Jr. A player. He is also a certified personal trainer, functional range conditioning specialist, and a registered massage therapist.

Pricing


The cost per player for the Hockey Dryland Training will be $319 + HST for U13/U15 and $239 + HST for U9/U11. Right now only a $100 deposit is required. The remaining balance would be automatically processed on June 1st. Registrations will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
