Trailblazer Staff are dedicated to providing a professionally structured training environment to help your child develop. Our team of instructors are very experienced and have been selected on the basis of their hockey qualifications and of their ability to communicate with and instruct young hockey players. To ensure intensive and effective training, enrollment is limited.

Program Director

Danielle Alexander

Born and raised in Moncton, where she played all her minor hockey, Danielle enjoyed a great hockey career that took her to US prep school, where she played three seasons for the Kents Hill School Huskies. In her senior year she captained the team and led the team in points. After graduating Danielle played with the Mount Allison Mounties in the AUS. Danielle has been involved in coaching for over a decade and has a passion for developing female hockey players.

Lead Instructor

Kristen Cooze

Kristen grew up on the west coast of Newfoundland in a small town named Stephenville. This is where she played most of her hockey growing up, playing for 3 or 4 teams at a time to get on the ice as much as possible. After graduating from high school, Kristen was recruited to Mount Allison University where she played for the Mounties for 5 years. In her time with the Mounties, she helped bring the team twice to the AUS finals and was named team captain for her final 2 years. Since finishing her hockey career, she has been an assistant coach with the Mounties women's hockey program. Kristen is looking forward to working and developing the younger generation of female hockey players, to help them reach the next level of their hockey careers!
