Spring 2022 Refund Policy


Below are details regarding our refund policy for the 2022 spring hockey season should the season be cancelled due to Covid-19. If the season is cancelled due to Covid, all participants will have the choice of two options to choose from. Please note that if programs are cancelled mid-way through the season, refunds amounts will be calculated on a pro-rated basis based on team games played and team practice hours performed. Registration insurance will not be refunded in case of season cancellation. All jersey and sock sales are final. Jerseys and socks can be reused for future seasons unless otherwise noted If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to our office.

Option A (AHG Credit) Registered players will receive 110% AHG credit of funds paid for registration, or the pro-rated amount if the season has started. AHG credit can be used for any AHG program registrations in the future. Example: Player pays $500.00 for program registration. 110% Credit = $500.00 + $50.00 = $550.00 (In System Credit)

Option B (Cash Refund) Registered players will receive a 90% cash reimbursement of funds paid for registration, or the pro-rated amount if the season has started. There will be an admin deduction of 10%. However, AHG will provide all players with a matching 10% equivalent credit. Credit can be used for any AHG program registrations in the future.
