About the Program


The Total Hockey Training Program has been established to provide hockey and ringuette players with a complete, detailed, and intense training program. The program has been designed for novice, atom, peewee, and bantam aged players who want to take their game to the next level.

Sessions will take place at the Academy as well as pad A at the Moncton Superior Propane Centre providing our students with 20,000 square feet of dedicated off-ice training space including a shooting zone featuring synthetic ice. We expect the program will start in early to mid June, however exact date depends on government measures being lifted.

Program Details


- The Summer Training Program will run until mid-August. - Summer Training Program will be off-ice training only. - Individuals will be grouped in 10-15 and have three training sessions per week.- Sessions will be 75 minutes long. In total athletes will receive 30 hours of training focusing on strength, conditioning and hockey skill work.

Public Health Guidelines


A plan has been developed regarding making sure the program complies with Public Health guidelines. Examples of measures would include things like spacing athletes during training, disinfecting equipment, using hand sanitizer before entering facility, and screening questions.

Pricing


The cost per player for the Summer Training Program will be $299. Right now only a $100 deposit is required. The remaining $199 would be automatically processed on June 1st. However if it looks like program wouldn't start until July that date would be pushed back to July 1st. Registrations will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
